We want you to love your Everline mat. Here is everything you need to know about getting it to your door — and what to do if it is not the right fit.

- Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to duties and taxes at delivery.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your mat is not the right fit for your space, we are happy to help.
Eligibility
- The mat must be in its original condition — clean, undamaged, and free of pet hair or stains.
- It must be returned in the original packaging (bag and box).
- Sale items and bundles may have modified return terms, noted on the product page.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@everline.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the mat in its original packaging and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 – 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or design? We are happy to exchange your mat within the 30-day window. Email us at hello@everline.com and we will coordinate the swap — you will only pay the difference if the new mat is a higher price, and we will refund the difference if it is lower.
If you received a damaged or defective mat, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement right away at no extra cost.
