What are Everline play mats made of?
Our mats are crafted from premium, non-toxic TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) foam. They are free of BPA, phthalates, formaldehyde, lead, and latex — so little ones can play safely on a surface you feel good about.
Are your mats safe for newborns?
Absolutely. Every Everline mat meets or exceeds CPSIA, ASTM F963, and EN 71 safety standards. The cushioned surface provides gentle support for tummy time, first rolls, and all the milestones that follow.
How thick are the mats?
Our mats are 15 mm (about 0.6 in) thick — enough to cushion tumbles and absorb impact while staying low-profile enough to sit flat without tripping hazards. See our Size Guide for full dimensions.
Are the mats waterproof?
Yes. The sealed surface is fully waterproof, which makes spills, drool, and diaper mishaps easy to wipe up. Liquids stay on the surface rather than soaking in.
How do I clean my play mat?
For everyday cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. For deeper cleaning, use a gentle all-purpose cleaner and a soft sponge. Avoid bleach, abrasive scrubbers, and machine washing. See our full Care Instructions page for more details.
Do the mats have a smell when new?
A faint, harmless odor is normal when you first unbox the mat. It typically disappears within 24 to 48 hours. Unrolling the mat in a well-ventilated room speeds this up.
Can I use the mat on carpet or hardwood floors?
Yes to both. The non-slip base grips hardwood, tile, and laminate, and the mat lays flat on low-pile carpet as well. On high-pile or shag carpet, you may notice slight movement during active play.
Do you offer free shipping?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Mats must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
